A range of accommodation options will be available in Abu Dhabi to suit different preferences and budgets. The organizer is currently identifying recommended hotels and negotiating preferential rates for conference participants.
Recommended Hotels
The list of recommended hotels will be published soon. For each hotel, the website will provide:
- Hotel name, category and location;
- Distance and travel time to the conference venue;
- Single- and double-room rates in UAE dirhams;
- Taxes, service charges and tourism fees;
- Breakfast and other included services;
- Booking link, promotional code or contact details;
- Deadline for obtaining the conference rate;
- Cancellation and no-show conditions; and
- Accessibility information where available.
Reservations and Payment
Participants will be responsible for making and paying for their accommodation reservations directly with their chosen hotel. Accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Preferential conference rates will be subject to room availability and the booking deadlines established by the participating hotels. Early reservation is strongly recommended.
Transportation to the Conference Venue
The website will indicate whether each recommended hotel is within walking distance of the conference venue or requires transportation. Information about any conference shuttle service, including its schedule, eligible hotels and whether it is complimentary, will be published once confirmed.
Accompanying Guests and Additional Requirements
Participants travelling with accompanying guests should confirm room-occupancy rules, breakfast charges, additional-bed arrangements and applicable fees directly with the hotel.
Requests concerning accessible rooms, airport transfers, early check-in or late check-out should also be arranged directly with the selected hotel.
