The fee includes:  Participation, Doctoral Workshop, Coffee Breaks, Lunches and Conference Dinner (**):

(*) A document confirming your student position must be sent by email together with the registration form.
(**) Participants are responsible for their own hotel reservation and one registration allows the submission of 2 papers.
  • A reduced fee of up to 50% may be considered for participants from developing countries, subject to Steering Committee and organizer approval.
  • Participants are responsible for their own hotel reservation unless invited-speaker arrangements are confirmed separately.
  • One paid registration allows the submission/presentation of up to two papers, unless the Steering Committee approves a different rule.
  • The conference may issue official invitation letters only to registered participants who request them for visa, travel approval or funding purposes.
