Conference Dinner
A conference dinner is planned as part of the social programme. The organizer will confirm the venue, date, time, dress code, whether the dinner is included in the registration fee, and the policy and price for accompanying guests.
Optional Half-Day Tour
The organizer is considering an optional half-day guided tour of Abu Dhabi. The itinerary, date, departure and return times, capacity and registration arrangements will be announced once confirmed.
The final announcement will clearly indicate whether the tour is:
- Included in the conference registration fee;
- Sponsored and offered free of charge; or
- Available for an additional fee.
Information concerning tickets for accompanying guests will also be provided.

Delegates may also wish to explore Abu Dhabi independently before or after the conference.
